Johanna would love to support you in your pursuit of connection, peace, and growth.

She supports people struggling with life transitions, grief, trauma and self-criticism, as well as those with neurodivergent traits and diagnoses navigating the world. She uses EMDR, experiential, somatic, and emotion focused therapies, with the intention of helping you move from survival patterns into secure, authentic connection with yourself and others.

She utilizes a collaborative approach with each of her clients and seeks to empower you as you create new patterns for living within the systems and social constructs you reside in–whether that is in your relationships, family, gender, work, or culture.
